JOB PURPOSE
• Develop a business strategy that will drive investment options for businesses
• Set up partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure sales driven efforts via B2B and government to business deals

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exploring opportunities for new corporates allowing Aldar to engage in continuous, set with purpose, promo campaigns
• Connect with government agencies and devise multiple sales options to address their needs
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution
• Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and other forms of media
• Identify partners from other industries (Factories, Hotels, Hospitals…) to promote and sell Aldar products
• Set up partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure sales driven efforts via b2b and government to business deals
• Managing business relationships, building credibility, and establishing immediate rapport with potential clients
• Identify major business players within Abu Dhabi, Dubai and international markets, connect with decision makers, promote Aldar and develop sales plan to attract businesses into bulk sales deals
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 8+ years related experience in sales business development function in a real estate / developer firm
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of 2+ years in a related managerial position
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Real Estate / Developer
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Sound understanding of banking and financial analysis
• Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with various internal divisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Knowledge of UAE Real estate market
• Knowledge of competitors products and USPs
• Excellent negotiation skills
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Finance
• MBA preferred
