Job Description - Assistant Waiter

Perform all necessary tasks toservice food and beverage according to the standard of performancemanual of the hotel
Greet and seat customersand serve them in a professional, discreet and personalizedway
Acquire in depth knowledge of the food andbeverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provideadvice to guests
Consistently monitor qualityof food & beverage beingserved
Practice good customer relations andattend to customer complaints / queriessatisfactorily
Responsible for maintaininghygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of allservice equipment
Responsible for all servicepreparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place andmis-en-scene)
Ensure minimum wastage, breakageand spoilage
Actively use up selling techniquesto exceed guest expectations and increaserevenue
