Associate Buyer - Kidswear Multi brands Luxury Fashion - Department stores - Dubai

Are you passionate about kidswear fashion and have multibrand luxury fashion experience working with international brands? We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Associate Buyer to join our dynamic Buying team and support the growth of our Boys' and Girls' Kidswear categories for our Bloomingdales Fashion and Harvey Nichols Fashion department stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a strong eye for product, trend awareness, and commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the buying and assortment planning process across Boys' and Girls' Kidswear categories.
• Assist in selecting commercially successful product ranges aligned to customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product sell-through to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyse trading performance and provide recommendations to optimise sales and profitability.
• Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Stores, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives.
• Support seasonal buying trips, range reviews, and supplier meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with international brand partners and suppliers.
• Keep up to date with global fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights within the kidswear market.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years' experience in Buying or Assistant Buying, ideally within Kidswear, luxury Fashion Retail with multi brand luxury experience is essential.
• Experience working with international or global fashion brands is essential.
• Strong understanding of Boys' and Girls' apparel categories.
• Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and consumer behaviour.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
