We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development professional with a strong background in insurance technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business, acquiring insurance clients, and expanding market presence across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  Drive new business development and revenue growth across the insurance market in the Middle East.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and acquire new clients, including insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and other insurance organizations.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.

  
  


• 
  

  Sell insurance software products, platforms, and technology solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across the region.

  
  


• 
  

  Establish strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with insurance clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to develop client-specific solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Represent the organization at insurance technology conferences, industry events, and client meetings.

  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• 
  

  10–16 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

  
  


• 
  

  Mandatory experience in insurance technology sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record in hunting new clients and closing enterprise-level deals.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience selling insurance software products, platforms, or IT solutions to insurance companies.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and technology requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing enterprise sales across the Middle East, preferably the UAE and GCC markets.

  
  


• 
  

  Established network of insurance clients and senior decision-makers.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required.

  
  

Preferred Experience

• 
  

  Experience selling insurance platforms, policy administration systems, claims management solutions, underwriting systems, or digital insurance solutions.

  Established relationships with insurance companies and reinsurance providers across the UAE and GCC.

  Experience managing long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
