Associate Director / Director Private Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

A leading financial institution in the UAE is seeking an experienced Private Banking professional to join its growing Wealth Management division in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients by delivering tailored wealth management and investment solutions while driving portfolio growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients through personalized relationship management and advisory services

• Acquire new-to-bank clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities

• Drive revenue generation across investment products, term deposits, CASA, FX, trade finance, mortgage, and other banking solutions

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions aligned with client requirements

• Build long-term client relationships through proactive servicing and regular engagement

• Maintain strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management solutions

• Ensure adherence to AML, compliance, and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest ethical standards

• Contribute towards achieving portfolio growth, acquisition, and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services

• Strong exposure to HNW/UHNW client relationship management and investments advisory

• Proven client acquisition and portfolio management experience

• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills

• UAE market experience is highly preferred

• SCA Certification for selling investment products is mandatory

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
