Job Title: Associate Fragrance Development Director, FFE \nLocation: Dubai, UAE\n\nAs an Associate Fragrance Development Director, you will drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for Categories, for our clients\u2019 brands. You will be a guided partner to perfumers, offering consumer trends, creative inspirations, and strategic ideas. Collaborating with our external consultants, engaging with clients, seizing new opportunities to elevate brands with innovative olfaction solutions. Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of olfaction, consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies and lead client presentations. Develop your skills, mentor future leaders for a dynamic and rewarding career.\n\nYour key responsibilities:\n\n * Lead the full fragrance development cycle for complex fragrance projects of the assigned accounts in Local \u0026 regional customers \u2013 managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption and deliver winning fragrance themes that answer client and consumer needs, integrating innovative solutions that align with brand strategy.\n * Collaborate and partner with Perfumers, Sales, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients, co-creating fragrance strategies, sound boarding ideas and nurturing client relationships.\n * Participate in Category strategy definition and execution (across functions: CMI, Technical Resources, CI, perfumers, sales)\n * Maintain a vast and up to date awareness of scented products across assigned categories, to identify long-term olfactive trends and initiate proactive development aligned with market needs.\n * Collaborate with team members to develop effective consumer insight plans to further enhance knowledge building.\n * Promote positive team spirit by contributing to common objectives and sharing information.
