Jobpurpose:

support in formulatingmarketing strategy for the country with focus on strategic brandsand offer the needed experience to subordinates and juniormarketers responsible for life cycle management brand positioningterritory market planning andexecution.

JobSpecific accountability:

• Creation of Marketing planfor the assigned products therapy area. Supervise product managersin conducting plans for assignedproducts.
• Implementing marketing plan tacticsthrough promotional materials and marketing activities.
• Monitor Marketing plan implementation for theassigned therapy area in coordination with sales team.
• Prepare & conduct product knowledgetraining for the assigned products in coordination with medicaldepartment.
• Conduct field visits with medicalrepresentatives to monitor planadherence.
• Ensure all marketing plan activitiesare aligned with compliance rules andregulations.
• Analyze market trend and inhousesales for assigned products (historical and vs.target).
• Corrective plan upon contingencies andsales deviation from target.
• Develop KOL listfor assigned products and therapy area.
• Followup on registration with RA department on assignedproducts.
• Five years Business Plan creation andupdate for assignedproducts.

Education& Experience

• B.Sc.Degree in Pharmacy or other medicalbackground
• 3 years Experience in Marketing
• 56 years of pharmaceutical salesexperience
• Consistent track record of highperformance

Experiencein Antiinfective and hospital management ispreferred.
