About Our Client

Our client is a recently established Abu Dhabi-based investment platform backed by prominent regional institutions. With a multi-billion-dollar mandate, the platform is focused on acquiring and scaling businesses globally.

Job Description

Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
Develop and maintain complex financial models (returns analysis, sensitivities, scenario planning)
Prepare investment committee materials and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders
Conduct market research and target screening across global energy services and technology sectors
Assist with portfolio monitoring, including tracking financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives where required
Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, lean team environment

The Successful Applicant

3-7 years' experience in Private Equity or Corporate M&A
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (advanced Excel)
Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, high-performance environment
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup with high ownership
Sector experience in energy is beneficial but not required
Must be willing to be based full time in Abu Dhabi (requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for Dubai based candidates)
