The key purpose of this role is to assist Director of Human Resources in all day-to-day HR activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR Department.

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office.
• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Manage time and attendance
• Colleague relations
• Manages disciplinary process and procedures
• Colleague orientation, development, and training
• Policy development and documentation
• Clarifies HR related queries of Line Managers in compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Manages the exit interview process and procedure
• Organizes colleague social events and recognition events
• Ensures all HR expenses are managed and in line with the budget
• Prepares HR statistics and reporting
• Induct, coach, and mentor new Team Members
• Compliance to the UAE Labour Law

Bachelor’s degree: Hospitality/ Human Resources or any other related courses

• (1) years minimum experience in a similar role in four- or five-star hotel
