3–5 years of drafting experience in MEP or construction projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with the ability to interpret MEP drawings.
Minimum 2+ years of UAE or GCC on-site/project experience (UAE preferred).

Salary + Incentives + Other standard benefits as per UAE labor law.
