Scope\n\nThis position is responsible for developing and managing technical and commercial proposals, proposing solutions that meet customer requirements and company targets, with the goal of securing orders. It would also involve some face-to-face contact with some dedicated customers to promote Ledeen. \n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\nCommercial Department (Inside Sales): \n\nPrepare and manage technical and commercial offers for Ledeen products until the order is received. To this regard, the employee must:\n\n * Constantly monitor the assigned workload, managing priorities and deadlines together with the manager and customers. \n * Support the manager in identifying critical issues or circumstances that may require declining a request.\n * Analyze customer specifications and requirements and draft the technical offer, with the possible support of Application Engineering. In the case of general customer specifications or highly complex specifications, the employee must formally request input from Application Engineering.\n * Estimate the costs involved as accurately as possible using available tools and liaising with suppliers and other company departments.\n * Develop the pricing strategy to submit to customers together with the manager and the Outside Sales staff involved.\n * Verify the feasibility of customer-requested deliveries with other company departments. o Verify and negotiate contractual terms based on established company rules and coordinate with the manager to obtain the relevant approvals where required.\n * Interact with the customer, agents, and other company departments to ensure timely delivery and completeness of the offer.\n * Support customers throughout all stages of the offer process by responding promptly and completely to all requests for clarification or documentation. \n * Maintain all documentation and files used to prepare the offer in order and updated, saving them in the designated tools and folder\n\n\n\n\\- Support Outside Sales staff and the manager during the negotiation phase via email, conference calls, or by attending meetings at the customer\u0027s premises.\n\n\\- Participate in meetings or travel to support customers in finalizing the offer.\n\n\\- Support the manager and Outside Sales staff in Follow-up with customers, EPCs, and End Users on assigned projects and quotes. \n\n\\- Upon receipt of orders, check the received information for compliance with the submitted quote and transfer all information to the assigned Project Manager and other departments in accordance with company procedures.\n\n\\- Compile data sheets and technical information required for SAP entry and order execution.\n\n\\- Support the Project Manager in managing any technical clarifications requested by other functions and in the event of a Change Order. \n\n\\- Degree in Engineering (3 or 5 years) and/or equivalent experience \n
