Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month

About the Role:

We specialize in the design, fabrication, and modification of Police, Military, Defense, Government, and Commercial vehicles. We are seeking a talented Automotive Designer with strong technical expertise to develop innovative, practical, and production-ready vehicle modification designs.

Mandatory Requirements - Please Apply Only If You Meet The Following:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Design or Vehicle Modification

- Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design is mandatory

- Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD

- Experience in Assembly Design, Fabrication Drawings, and Manufacturing Documentation

- Good understanding of vehicle structures, fabrication, welding, bending, and sheet metal manufacturing processes

- Ability to prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation

- Experience in vehicle conversion, special-purpose vehicles, or automotive fabrication will be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop vehicle modification and conversion concepts for specialized vehicles

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing drawings using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD

- Design sheet metal parts, structural components, mounting brackets, assemblies, and fabrication layouts

- Prepare assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, exploded views, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

- Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Welding, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure design feasibility

- Review customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions

- Ensure designs comply with engineering, quality, and safety standards

- Maintain design revisions, drawing registers, and technical documentation

- Provide technical support during prototype development and production

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

- 3-5 years of relevant automotive design experience

Technical Skills:

SOLIDWORKS (Mandatory), AutoCAD (Mandatory), Sheet Metal Design (Mandatory), Assembly Design (Mandatory), Technical Drafting, Fabrication Drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Police, Military, Defense, or Special Purpose Vehicle design

- Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
