Job Description - B2B Sales Executive

· Meet and exceed sales targetsand KPIs set by the company.

·Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual salesgoals.

· Identify and pursue new salesopportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketresearch.

· Develop and maintain arobust pipeline of prospectiveclients.

· Convert leads into newaccounts, ensuring a high conversionrate.

· Build and maintain strongrelationships with new and existingclients.

· Understand client needs andprovide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction andloyalty.

· Conduct market research toidentify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potentialopportunities.

· Provide feedback andinsights to the sales and marketing teams to refinestrategies.

· Skillfully negotiateterms and conditions with clients to closedeals.

· Ensure contracts andagreements are accurately prepared andsigned.

· Maintain accurate records ofsales activities, client interactions, and pipelinestatus.

· Prepare regular salesreports and forecasts for managementreview.

· Work closely with themarketing team to align sales strategies with promotionalcampaigns.

· Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure seamless customer onboarding andsatisfaction.
