Manage pricing and incentive modelling templates to accurately reflect product and program offerings, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal customers, in particular BDU's, addressing their inquiries, concerns and providing necessary information on products, programs and policies . Collaborate with sales policies & communication team to ensure accurate representation of relevant agency and corporate sales policies, keeping them updated and communicated internally and externally . Bachelors degree, 4 plus years work experience in a related field .Sales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organization desired Strong team player, with cultural awareness & understanding required. Numerate and analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports. Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role . Strong efficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Excellent organizational skills with keen eye for detail . Exceptional communicational skills, both written and verbal . Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Familiarities with pricing models, legal contracts and sales policies is a plus
