Job Description - Back Office Executive

Responsibilities:

Backend support for telecom/FTTH operations
Update service orders, activations, and fault closures
Coordinate with field teams and NOC
Maintain records, reports, and system data
Support inventory and documentation

Requirements:

1–3 years back office experience (telecom preferred)
Good MS Excel and email skills
Basic telecom/FTTH knowledge
