Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in UAE, currently hiring experienced Bartender for a high-end Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
• Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
• Deliver best-in-class drinks to specification consistently and in a timely manner as per company standards
• Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rotas are adhered to

Job Requirements:

• Experience and passion for mixology
• General mixology and liquor knowledge
• Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning club/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia
• Creative
• Performs well under pressure
• Fluency in either Russian, Arabic or Balkan languages would be an advantage.
