Responsibilities:

• Welcomingcustomers, reading and listening to people to determine beveragepreferences, making recommendations, and taking drinkorders.
• Planning drink menus and informingcustomers about new beverages andspecials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients,garnishing glasses, and serving beverages tocustomers.
• Checking identification to ensurecustomers are the legal age to purchasealcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering suppliesto ensure bar and tables arewell-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety andquality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, anddebit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate andreturning correct change to patrons, balancing the cashregister.
• Maintaining a clean work and diningarea by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses,utensils, and equipment.
• Developing newcocktail recipes.
