Apt Resources is seeking skilled Bartenders for an Upmarket Jazz Bar and Restaurant, renowned for its elegant ambiance and top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages in a stylish and engaging manner
• Engage with patrons, providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment
• Curate and maintain an innovative drink menu that complements the jazz bar concept
• Assist in creating a lively atmosphere by setting up and maintaining the bar area in line with the venue's upscale aesthetic
• Educate guests about our drink offerings and suggest pairings with menu items
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage the inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed

• Prior experience as a Bartender, particularly in an upscale or jazz-themed environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation
• Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques
• Relevant certification or training in bartending or mixology is preferred

AED 2900 to 3500 + 375 Food allowance + 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) + 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free sharing Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
