JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking full responsibility for a medical warehouse to ensure it meets the requirements of health authorities and other governmental bodies.

  • Quality Assurance
  • Risk Management
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Building Relationships:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector- Ophthalmology/Optometry –clinic and hospital
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products
  • Product Demonstrations and Training:
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our instruments and other medical products.
  • Provide comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on product usage and best practices- only Hospital & Clinic- Not optical store
  • Customer Support and Service:
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of medical instruments.
  • Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree equivalency from UAE Ministry of Higher Education (Certificate of Equivalency)
  • Recent 2-5 years in UAE with the same role.
  • a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • UAE Driver’s License
  • Language: English, Arabic is a plus.
