About the job

• Overseeing Sales Invoices imported to Xero on a daily basis, addressing any import issues
• Any other ad hoc duties as required
• Daily matching of remittances from customers, including discounts from multiple banks
• Credit Control – Sending statements to customers in PDF & excel format
• Investigating queries on invoices in dispute, liaising with the Sales team and Department Managers to help to correct.
• Helping to keep the Sales Ledger in order.
• Help to bring reconciliations up to date for all platforms and credit cards etc.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping
• AAT Qualification Level 3
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs – especially Excel & Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Must be familiar with Xero accounting software
• Ideally experience of working in a global company, processing international transactions, exchange rates etc.
• Previous experience of working in a production company would be an advantage
