SearchPlus HR is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a Brain Injury Medicine Specialist at a prestigious government facility. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients suffering from brain injuries, including trauma, concussions, and other neurological conditions. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to patients and their families.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside neurologists, rehabilitation experts, and other healthcare professionals within the government healthcare system to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. This position is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in public health and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with brain injuries.
Develop tailored treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and feedback.
Provide supportive education and resources to patients and their families regarding brain injury and recovery.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in brain injury medicine.
Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects within the facility.
Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice in Brain Injury Medicine.
Completion of residency training in Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or a closely related field.
Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine or relevant specialty preferred.
Experienced in assessing and managing patients with brain injuries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with patients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a government healthcare framework.
Detail-oriented with excellent clinical documentation skills.
Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
