Description:

The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for the ownership and control of the Abu Dhabi Famco Branch and drive the team performance and the region strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• On- going performance management of the team based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels for the team as well as monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets
• Manage Abu Dhabi branch operation and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Marketing Abu Dhabi branch within the community to attract business
• Hold daily team meeting s to discuss progress, new opportunities, role plays, create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in managing relationship with government and semi government entities
• Understanding of customer service
• Diploma or Degree Holder
