Brand & Graphic Designer

Requirements

• Create and evolve visual identities for the Group, its entities and individual brands.
  
• Develop logos, color palettes, typography, imagery styles and wider visual systems.
  
• Refresh existing brands where required while maintaining appropriate continuity.
  
• Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership for approval.
  
• Help define how different Group brands relate visually without making them look identical.
  

• Personally design and deliver assets including:
  
• Logos and brand identities.
  
• Website layouts and visual design for developer handover.
  
• Presentations and pitch decks.
  
• Company profiles and brochures.
  
• Document and proposal templates.
  
• Social media and LinkedIn graphics.
  
• Digital advertising and marketing materials.
  
• Business cards and stationery.
  
• Office signage and environmental graphics.
  
• Event materials.
  
• Merchandise including clothing, mugs, pens and branded gifts.
  
• Other online and offline branded assets required by the business.
  

• Build and maintain brand guidelines for the Group and individual brands.
  
• Create reusable templates so teams can produce routine materials consistently.
  
• Maintain a central library of approved logos, fonts, templates and brand assets.
  
• Ensure assets are available in appropriate formats for digital, print and third-party use.
  
• Keep brand guidelines and templates updated as brands evolve.
  

• Work across multiple Group companies and brands, each of which may have its own identity and target audience.
  
• Understand when a brand should share Group characteristics and when it should maintain a distinct identity.
  
• Support launches, rebrands and new business initiatives with complete visual packages.
  
• Ensure each brand remains internally consistent across all touchpoints.
  

• Review client brands and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
  
• Develop or refresh client visual identities where agreed.
  
• Produce client logos, guidelines, websites, presentations and marketing materials.
  
• Manage design requests against agreed scope, timelines and service agreements.
  
• Record billable client work accurately.
  

• Review important materials before publication to maintain brand quality.
  
• Identify and correct inconsistent or outdated branding.
  
• Ensure fonts, imagery, icons and other third-party assets are appropriately licensed.
  
• Maintain clear version control over approved brand assets.
  

• Work with Technology on website and digital product design.
  
• Support Business Development with presentations, proposals and marketing collateral.
  
• Work directly with senior management when developing new brands or concepts.
  
• Prepare clear design briefs and production-ready files for developers, printers and other suppliers.
  
• Manage multiple design requests according to agreed business priorities.
  

• At least 3 years in brand or graphic design, in-house or agency.
  
• A portfolio showing brand identity work, guidelines and multi-channel applications.
  
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  
• Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and template systems.
  
• Experience designing for both digital and print.
  
• Experience presenting design work to senior stakeholders and clients.
  
• A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio.
  

• Agency experience delivering brand work for multiple clients.
  
• Web and interface design experience, including handover to developers.
  
• Motion graphics or basic video editing.
  
• Presentation design for pitches and investor materials.
  
• Experience with digital asset management tools.
  
• Experience with technology or B2B brands.
