An MNC Company is looking for HR Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 3 years experience as Human Resource Business Partner.
  
• Good with recruitment and with experience from manufacturing industry, engaging with blue collar workers and foreign workers.
  
• Easy to approach, has a pleasant personality and a can-do attitude.
  
• Excellent communication skills especially with shopfloor people.
  
• Has background in HR generalist.
  
• Good in employee engagement and recruitment.
  
• A team player wtih good communication and stakeholder management skills.
