Perform Effective and efficient repairs to the relevant product category in line with Bvlgari After Sales Standards respecting cost, quality and lead time objectives
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical repairs to the assigned product category: dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange, polishing, cleaning, and reassembling (encasing), quality check
- Able to work autonomously in a team or independently.
- Define the authenticity and reparability of the product and provide technical evaluation, including the definition of the spare parts needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of manufacturing and repair processes for the assigned product category
- Knowledge of repair techniques and tools for the assigned product category
- Knowledge of product structure and materials
