Business Analyst (10-15 Yrs)

Key Requirements:

• UAE National with Strong Arabic speaking skills (mandatory)
• Extensive experience in banking operations and financial services domain
• eKYC experience mandatory
• Hands-on knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, AML, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of relevant technologies, such as eKYC platforms, digital onboarding tools, and banking software
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and preparing functional specifications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable:

• Experience with UAE Central Bank (CBUAE) projects or local regulatory compliance initiatives
• Familiarity with digital banking transformation projects
