Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and perform detailed analysis.


• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and complete business process documentation.


• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.


• Design workflows, approval processes, and business rules to support organizational needs.


• Coordinate with business users during requirement gathering, UAT, and production rollout.


• Document user manuals, process flows, and training materials.


• Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions.


• Validate business rules and ensure compliance with FANR procedures.


• Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Participate in UAT, defect management, and release sign-off.
