Business Analyst Credit Solutions

Join additiv’s Platform Technology team and work at the intersection of software development and credit solutions. As a Junior Business Analyst – Credit, you will help shape how digital lending and credit management solutions are designed, implemented, and delivered in a fast-paced, modern fintech environment.

This role is ideal for someone who recently finished their Master`s degree, has 2- 3 years of experience in financial services, is strongly interested in digital transformation in the lending domain, and is willing to grow both technically and professionally.

• Present ideas and information in client and internal meetings; build trust with stakeholders across delivery, product, and sales

• Gain in-depth knowledge of additiv’s Credit and Lending platform, from both technical and business perspectives

• Interface with business and technical stakeholders to define and shape how modern credit processes should work in a digital-first environment

• Act as a bridge between the platform technology team and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications

• Engage in both technical areas (such as APIs, data structures, and user interfaces) and business topics (such as credit policy, product configuration, and client delivery)

• Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2 - 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in credit, lending, or banking (understanding of credit lifecycle, scoring, or loan products is an advantage)

• Interest in data models, process automation, and API-based software integration

• Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow
