 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to drive continuous enhancement of our digital Brokerage & Wealth platforms. This role requires a blend of strong business acumen, technical capability, and hands-on experience with digital investment journeys, including onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and custody processes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital brokerage and wealth platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

• User Story Definition: Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

• Solution Validation: Support UAT, validate solutions against requirements, and ensure smooth implementation.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance digital investment journeys and improve customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of digital brokerage and wealth management platforms.

• Experience in investment journeys: onboarding, trading, portfolio management, custody.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years in digital wealth/brokerage platforms.

• Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA preferred.
