Job Description - Business Analyst - Sharepoint

Job description / Role

Job Description: - Native Arabic speaking candidate. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document business processes. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist development team to design SharePoint Online/Power Platforms solutions that meet business needs. - Able to configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and forms to support business processes and workflows. - Able to configure and customize Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps, to support business processes and workflows. - Able to develop and automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption of SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. - Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance to ensure the successful deployment of SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Having 10+ experience in the same field and 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Power Platform. - Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Power Platform capabilities, features, and best practices. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using out-of-the-box functionality. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Power Apps and Power Automate. - Experience with SharePoint Online integration, migration, and administration. - Experience with data modelling, integration, and automation using the Power Platform. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - SharePoint Online certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online, Power Platform Fundamentals) is a plus. - Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) is a plus.
