BUSINESS CONSULTANT

We are currently looking for a Business Consultant with strong experience in AMER, Tasheel, and DED processes to join our team in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE government service centers
Industry: Business Setup / PRO Services / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end company formation, licensing, and renewal processes via AMER, Tasheel, DED, and other UAE government portals
• Guide clients on documentation and procedures for visas, trade licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clients
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with AMER, Tasheel, DED

• Strong knowledge of UAE business setup and visa processing

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
