Reporting to the Head of Business Continuity, the Manager, Business Continuity (BC) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive business continuity plan that ensures the continuity of essential business operations during emergencies, disasters, or other disruptions. This position will work closely with cross functional teams across the organization to identify critical business functions and implement strategies to minimize the impact of disruptions to these functions. The Manager, Business Continuity will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the business continuity team at the asset level.

Typical physical demands may include a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions, produce materials on a PC, operate basic office equipment, operate audiovisual equipment, physically move/lift/carry relevant equipment/materials, visit multiple facilities/ assets across the M42 network, and stand/present in front of a group of people during the employee’s work day.Education

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

Master’s degree

Experience

Essential:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity planning or emergency management.

Preferred:

BC experience in a healthcare setting.

Certification and Licensure

Essential:

OSH Practitioner Registration as per OSHAD-SF Mechanism 8.0- OSH Practitioner Registration, OSHAD-SF, v3, 2016.
Maintenance of professional registration and work towards upgrading OSH Practitioner Grade.

Preferred:

Auditor Training/Qualification.
NEBOSH certificate, Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001:2007 Certified with a valid Qudorat Registration under OSHAD- SF with Grade “A”.
