Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meet the set monthly / quarterly / yearly targets for projectors / gaming monitors


• Travel extensively and develop dealer / gaming / power retailer channel in given markets (UAE & OGCC)


• Be constantly in the market and unearth every possible business opportunity for projectors / gaming monitors


• Establish good relationship with the key people (owners / showroom in charge) of dealer & gaming channel and (buyers / purchase decision makers / category managers) in power retailer channel


• Be a part of every lucrative retail promotion to push ahead business figures


• Collect competitive information on a real time basis and devise suitable solutions to protect and grow market share


• Have first-hand information of market and all ongoing deals and competitors


• Bring to light all possible marketing opportunities to raise brand value and positioning


• Assist with all other ad hoc activities that may arise in relation with job roles and responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Male preferred though not an absolute condition


• UAE Driving License is a mandatory condition. Own car will be most desirable.


• Previous experience in selling projectors / AV products / gaming monitors will be most desirable


• Established relationship with dealers / power retailers in UAE & OGCC will be most desirable

Salary & Benefits:

• Visa: Visa will be processed by outsourced agency as BenQ ME has a head count cap


• Medical Insurance: Medical Insurance for Self


• Ticket: Ticket for Self – once in 2 years


• Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 (will be flexible up to AED 9,000 for the right candidate)


• Variable Salary / Commissions / Incentives: Based on compensation grid and monthly / quarterly / yearly targets set


• Telephone Allowance: AED 150


• Travel / Petrol Allowance: AED 350
