Business Development Executive – Fit-Out & Renovation (Dubai)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to bring in high-value fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects in Dubai.

Package:

- Minimum monthly sales target of AED 250,000 for commission of 2.5% on sales value (Adjusted based in minimum profit margin per project)

- Additional bonus on quarterly minimum target of AED 1.5 million.

Main Role:

- Generate and close projects from property owners, businesses, brokers, and real estate companies

- Handle meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closing

- Build strong referral pipeline

- Coordinate quotations and handover with internal team
