Job Description - Business Development Executive - Sales (Males only)

Location: Dubai Marina
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Business Development Manager

Position Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury cars and a proven track record in sales and business development. A valid driving license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage prospective clients and convert them into customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and personalized service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in the luxury car industry is a significant advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • A passion for luxury cars and a deep understanding of the automotive market.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
