Position Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury cars and a proven track record in sales and business development. A valid driving license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage prospective clients and convert them into customers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and personalized service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the luxury car industry is a significant advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- A passion for luxury cars and a deep understanding of the automotive market.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
