Job Description - Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Facilities Management & Security Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long -term business contracts.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  1. Business Development – Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
  2. Facilities Management Sales – Experience selling FM services to corporate clients.
  3. Security Services Sales – Understanding of security solutions and contracts.
  4. Client Relationship Management – Strong customer retention and account management capability.
  5. Negotiation & Presentation Skills – Ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network within UAE corporate sectors.
  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Strategic account management experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3–4 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE market. Prior experience in facilities management and security services is mandatory. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts is required.

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Preferred: MBA or Sales/Business Development specialization
  • Additional Certifications: Sales, CRM, or Business Development certifications
