Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing new market opportunities and expanding Cytomed’s portfolio across Core Laboratory, Specialty Diagnostics, and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT). The role focuses on market development, strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and commercialization of diagnostic solutions to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

• Develop and execute market development strategies for Core Lab, Specialty Diagnostics, and POCT portfolios.
• Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities across hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare networks.
• Build relationships with laboratory directors, clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Support new product launches, market access, and commercialization activities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams to convert opportunities into successful implementations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Prepare business cases, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, , Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• 5+ years of experience in IVD diagnostics or medical devices.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong commercial, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Core Laboratory, Specialty Diagnostics, or POCT is preferred.
