Business Development Manager

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across the UAE.
  


• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline.
  


• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
  


• Engage CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers as primary stakeholders.
  


• Diagnose customer business challenges and position techcarrot's services including Salesforce, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications against them.
  


• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  


• Partner with solution architects, delivery, and pre-sales teams to build winning proposals.
  


• Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin targets.
  


• Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate and current.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of B2B IT sales experience in the UAE, with a proven hunter track record (net-new logo acquisition, not account management).
  


• Existing network of enterprise customers/decision-makers in the UAE.
  


• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
  


• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently against quota.
  


• UAE driving license preferred
