Job Description - Business Development Manager (B2C Direct Sales)

Business Development Managers are responsible for overseeing lead development, sales consultations and license application process. This involves developing lead channels, scoping new areas of business, cold calling, developing strategic partners, networking, document creation, client interfacing and maintaining the Salesforce client data base. Sales Professionals need to be multi-talented! They need to show expertise in the wide range of key activities in which the role involves them.

Responsibilities

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

- Proactively identify new prospects for the company

- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients in order to expand the business

- Handling administrative jobs and responding to email and phone inquiries

- Build a strong network of clients and databases

- Using consultative selling techniques and an alignment of customer business objectives to develop a compelling value proposition as part of the business case

- Generate revenue and profit for the company from areas that are not proportionately addressed by the company's sales model

- Pre and post sales services for customers

- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers

- Preparing material submittals

- Achieving monthly sales targets

- Interact with Salesforce to ensure leads, opportunities and client accounts are correctly managed.

- Create license applications and oversee the document signatures

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in sales preferably from a corporate services provider background

- Customer Relationship Management

- Attention to detail and can maintain strict confidentiality

- Team player

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated

- Cold calling and networking

- Time management skills

- Experience in Free Zone
