Job Description - Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaker)

General Overview:


We are hiring for our client, a leading organization within the UAE insurance sector, seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaker) to join their growing team in Dubai. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship -oriented professional to work with a premium client portfolio, drive business growth, and play a key role in expanding the organization's presence within the High -Net -Worth (HNW) segment.


The successful candidate will leverage their sales expertise, networking capabilities, and market knowledge to develop strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of affluent clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage relationships with High -Net -Worth (HNW) individuals and key client networks
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
  • Promote and present tailored insurance solutions aligned with clients' financial protection and wealth planning needs
  • Build a strong referral network and maintain an active presence within relevant business and community circles
  • Negotiate and successfully close new business opportunities while achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development reports
  • Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management roles
  • Experience working with High -Net -Worth (HNW) clients is highly preferred
  • Prior experience within insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial services is advantageous
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven with a results -oriented mindset and a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, target -driven, and client -focused environment
