Job Description:

Your primary responsibility as a Business Development Representative will be to drive bookings for sales meetings and help generate recurring revenue growth by sourcing, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline. As a new BDR, you will receive training and development with tremendous opportunity for advancement for top performers! 

What will you do?  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies 
  • Analyse lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize the handoff processes 
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads 
  • Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads 
  • Outbound against tiered list to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams 
  • Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives 
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation 
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • A-levels or equivalent 
  • 6+ Month B2B sales experience or 1+ year in a financial operations role  
  • High energy, 'can-do' attitude 
  • An inquisitive, questioning person 
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results as well as documenting all activity in Salesforce 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning 
  • Fluent in English essential & Arabic is desirable.

 

 

 

The salary range in United Arab Emirates for this position is 208,000.00 to 260,000.00 AED Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
