Job Description - Business Development & Sales Executive
Responsibilities
Drive sales efforts in the UAE market to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue and expand market share for AI-backed HVAC products.
Continuously identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the UAE market.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the HVAC industry, including building owners, facility managers, contractors, and engineers.
Develop relationships and cultivate opportunities within real estate groups, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, and other relevant industries to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns and to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of AI-backed HVAC solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles within HVAC, real estate or related industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
