Job Description - Business Development / Sales for Home Healthcare

Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales professional to join our team focused on Home Healthcare services. In this role, you will be key in expanding our services and building lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients seeking home healthcare solutions
  • Develop strategic plans to attract and retain clients in the healthcare sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations
  • Conduct market research to identify service demands and client needs
  • Create and present tailored proposals highlighting our home healthcare services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high standards of care and service delivery
  • Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to management
  • Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the home healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of home healthcare services and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
