Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry seeking interior fitout services
• Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to capture new market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and healthcare providers
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
• Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy adjustments
• Attend industry-related networking events to enhance visibility and promote services
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to meet targets

• Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist in the interior fitout or design industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry needs and interior fitout requirements
