Our company is looking for a skilled Business Manager to lead and supervise the work of our employees. You will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing all project activities in cooperation with senior management and department heads to ensure that all its objectives are met with the required quality and in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Analyze and study operations using various methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and others, to ensure the progress of operations and the application of the best applied practices.
• Supervising the progress of projects and ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently while adhering to the company s standards and policies, tracking project performance, and setting priorities to analyze the percentage of achievement in short or long-term goals.
• Create project records, track them using standard project planning and tracking tools, and track assessment of project progress and deviations from planned on them.
• Work with project owners to establish corrective measures when deviations occur in the project
• Providing senior management with frequent and regular reports on the progress of projects. This should include a summary of deviations from the plan and corrective actions required to put projects on the right track.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Experience in managing different kinds of projects, such as; Strategy & Development projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
• Leadership skills
