About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head (MEA) - Cybersecurity to lead and expand our cybersecurity business across the Middle East,, and Africa (MEA) region. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving channel growth, strengthening partner ecosystems, developing market expansion strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and strategic alliances.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in channel sales, cybersecurity solutions, and regional market dynamics, coupled with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and build strong executive-level relationships across the technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional channel sales strategy across the MEA region.
  
• Drive revenue growth through distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), managed security service providers (MSSPs), and strategic partners.
  
• Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage high-value channel partners to strengthen market coverage and business performance.
  
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with cybersecurity vendors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
  
• Develop business plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline management strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
  
• Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across key territories within MEA.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies and partner programs.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to position the business for sustained success.
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity Sales.
  
• At least 7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Distribution Leadership.
  
• Strong exposure to and understanding of the Middle East, Africa, and India markets.
  
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  
• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and regional business growth initiatives.
  
• Currently working with or having previous experience in leading Cybersecurity Vendors, Value-Added Distributors (VADs), Technology Distributors, or Cybersecurity Solution Providers will be highly preferred.
  

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related.
  
• MBA is highly preferred.
  
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications and industry credentials are considered advantageous.
