BPM Tools:

• SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
  

Hospitality & Golf Process Exposure:

• Guest journey & service lifecycle
  

• Front office & back office operations
  

• Booking & reservation workflows
  

• Billing & payment processes
  

• Refund handling & service recovery
  

• Escalation & complaint management
  

Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step -by -step

Requirements

• Collect process information from Hospitality / Golf business users
  
• Document workflows accurately
  
• Maintain BPM repository
  
• Support walkthroughs & validations
  
• Share documented outputs

• Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
  
• Exposure to PMS (Property Management Systems) is an advantage
  
• Strong documentation and communication skills
