1.VIRTUALHEALTHCARE TRAINER and Talent Aquizationmanager

OurVirtual Healthcare Trainer role is a key role within the Trainingand Concierge Department. Virtual Healthcare Trainers teach,support, and improve new hires who join the Quality DocumentSpecialist team. They provide platform training, in-depth medicalknowledge training, and other forms of critical education. TheVirtual Healthcare Trainers will spend a great deal of one-on-onetime with their trainees. They will directly communicate andstrategize with the Training Managers and Senior Manager todetermine the most effective communication strategies for qualitycoaching. Virtual Healthcare Trainers are responsible for ensuringthe highest level of performance of new hires and may incorporatekey learnings from any of the specialties supported bycomprehensive AI-powered voice-enabled solution. They will beresponsible for ensuring that all trainees become competent,effective contributors to the AI-powered voice-enabled solutionteam.

QUALIFICATIONS/WORKEXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of experience in the medicalfield.

Atleast 1 year of experience directly trainingindividuals.

Bachelor s degree strongly preferred (Associate s degreerequired).

Mastery of English with excellent verbal and written communicationis a criticalcomponent.

Must be well versed in all specialties supported by AI voiceenabled solution, necessary for propercoaching.

Ability to QA live trainee work in a timely manner (if live OJT isrequired)

Familiarity with medical terminologyrequired.

People management and/or project management experiencepreferred.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging spacewithin a multifaceted team where cross-pollination and interactionis key.

Demonstrated track record of meeting significant business deadlinesand turnaroundtimes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, andscreenshares with large population of new hires daily to enhanceand support their Onboarding, Training, and Operationsexperience.

Proactively identify training strategies for those who may bestruggling with quality, may need to assess and make vitalsuggestions regarding work difficulty andplacement.

Direct and oversee platform engagement as well as critical medicaldocumentationframeworks.

Develop, implement, and manage multiple QDS training plans perprovider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and othersuccess-guidingfactors.

Provide in-depth, valuable quality feedback in any medicalspecialty and all utilizedplatforms.

Work with various team members to help onboard new hires, guidingthem through setup, Training, and the first weeks of operationalindependence.

May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, includinglive demonstrations, on the job training, tutoring and traineedevelopment.

Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics andprocesses.

Provide white-glove support for all new hires for an extendedperiod oftime.

Workclosely with members of other departments to improve and enhancetrainee experience, including Operations, Business Intelligence,and others.

Maintain high level of employeesatisfaction.

Grade and track QDS progress and performance via a variety of toolsandapplications.

Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growthwithin the AI voice enabled solution service and productspace.
