Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture high-potential candidate pools, ensuring a "white-glove" experience from first contact to onboarding. Global Event Leadership: Lead international recruitment events, ensuring a rigorous, fair, and uncompromising selection process that protects our brand standards. Strategic Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on global location strategies for recruitment activities based on talent density and quality.
