Job Responsibilities: * Manage daily café operations efficiently * Supervise and support café staff
* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction * Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations * Handle staff scheduling and attendance * Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally * Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved
Requirements: * Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role * Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage a team and work under pressure * Good knowledge of café operations and customer service * English communication skills required
